1. Scheduling – I’m a full-time college athlete, so my primary workdays are weekends. I book appointments in advance to make sure I can give each job my full attention through my Calendly link: https://calendly.com/cwc-chabonswindowcleaning 
2. Estimates – Every home is different, so I provide free, no-obligation estimates before starting. This helps ensure you get an accurate and fair price.
3. Access – Please make sure I have safe, clear access to the windows I’m cleaning. This includes unlocking gates, moving furniture if needed, and securing pets.
4. Weather – If the weather isn’t safe or could affect the quality of your clean, I’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
5. What’s Included – I clean the glass, wipe the trim and sills, and remove cobwebs, bug residue, hard water stains and paint. Screens can also be cleaned upon request.
6. Payment – Payment is due by check or cash only once the job is done and you’re happy with the results.
